Feb 13, 2010 - RIP Lt. Col. Lee A. Archer

warcraft1920 mowi:

Feb 18, 2010 - They lost bombers to ground fire. But theres nothing they can do about that. A fighters job is to protect the bomber against other fighters. And in that respect they didnt lose a single one. Theres nothing about this thats a lie.

wastedtubers mowi:

Feb 19, 2010 - @warcraft1920: really, it sounds to me like stories. nothing more then propaganda. even the united states air force states at least 25 bombers were shot down from enemy fighters. ground fire? where did you hear of this? the germans even seem to have their own account of the stories told about the unit.

Mar 27, 2010 - A superb documentary! Thank you for uploading it!Just a minor historical point. The German pilots were not allowed to join the NAZI party. So the German pilots weren't NAZIs.I like Adolf Galland. He was a patriotic German, but not a Nazi. He was very kind to Douglas Bader, an English pilot who was shot down. After the war, Adolf Galland was a prisoner of war. One of his inquisitors was Douglas Bader! Douglas treated him very well. They became great friends and went to air meets together.

Apr 23, 2010 - Oh, wow! Thanks for this! They have been heroes of mine from when I was a little kid in the 1950's! I saw this movie ages ago, and have been longing to see it again.

Apr 24, 2010 - i would rather use a biplane thats been upgraded with better armor, armament, better canopy, a and a radar than these things. but thnx 4 uploading this vid! cooooooooooooooooooooooooooolllllllllllll

Salguine mowi:

May 8, 2010 - @TheShootingManyak09 That doesn't make sense. It's like saying "I'd rather have a bicycle that has an engine, a gas tank, a windscreen, cruise control and a sidecar than a motorcycle." If biplanes were better, they'd have kept using them.

emforty2 mowi:

Jun 18, 2010 - even today we stereotype and underestimate peoplewe thought arabs using flight simulator could not possibly fly aeroplanes and hit a target
