Dec 9, 2009 - if linux change some aplications and compatibility problems maybe e the number 1.

Dec 12, 2009 - Tell me about those compatibility problems! Netbooks are NETbooks, all they do is running a browser and maybe some IM. Don't tell me these don't work on Linux.

Dec 12, 2009 - What compatibillity problems do you mean? Hardware related issues are generally caused by the hardware vendor. The Linux developers are doing everything they can to provide well functoinal open source drivers and firmware. Almost any hardware of today and older hardware works fine with linux operating systems. :)

Dec 13, 2009 - Who cares how he pronounces it, as long as he uses it. I know rednecks who call their OS "WIN-ders", but it does nothing to affect their ability to use it... not a damn thing.

Dec 19, 2009 - Untill linux comes with the drivers everybody needs nowadays, no one will adopt it. where i work we sell netbooks w/ linux, people love 'em (in the shop) but when they get them home...5 out of 6 of our customers return them for something running windows. I know ur all gonna slay me for this but linux really does suck unless ur prepared to study up on it bigtime before trying to use anything running it.

Mar 1, 2010 - @livvidd youre right for the most part. but if the computer is built for linux youll never really run into driver issues.i love my linux netbook, every distro i try on it everything works out of the box :)
